Need help but not sure where to start? Our 40-Minute Remote Support Consultation is a convenient way to evaluate your technology issue. During the session, we'll assess the problem, answer your questions, perform basic troubleshooting when possible, and recommend the best course of action. In many cases, we're able to resolve the issue during the consultation, saving you the need for additional service. The session will use a remote access tool or web meeting platform, depending on the type of assistance needed.

- Evaluation of your home technology issue(s)
- Basic troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Professional recommendations
- Answers to your technology questions
- Repair or upgrade recommendations, if applicable
